I think it's interesting how a piece of real estate with a "for sale" sign out front sits there calmly day after day and as you drive by you would never have a clue about all the action behind the scenes as buyers and sellers negotiate contracts. After many sessions at the negotiating table it has become clear to me that even though we all try to make good business decisions, when it comes to real estate, emotions run high.
It is at times like these, when emotions are at their best (or worse), you need a seasoned professional representing your best interests. That's where I enter the picture.
Yes, I search and preview properties for you, compare recent listings and sales to arrive at fair market value, schedule and review all the inspections, review title reports, and a myriad of other activities which must be done. But it all comes to nothing if the deal can't be made.
The art of the deal. It has a certain mystique to it, but it's really about being prepared and knowing the facts. It's hard for people to ignore facts when you've done your homework and can show exactly why the offer or counter-offer is what it is.
If you were going into court you would want to be represented by the best attorney possible. If you were going in for surgery you would want to have the best surgeon possible. Going to the negotiating table for the purchase or sale of real estate requires the best representation possible.
I believe that is my strength and I would like to represent you.
